This weekend I got to do some adventuring with the Grandparents since they’re here to visit! Friday started out with a visit to the Winchester Mystery House, the former home of the widow of the President of the Winchester Repeating Arms company, who for 38 years had contractors working on her house 24 hours a day. The house has over 160 rooms and we walked about a mile just on the inside. We also went to check out the Tesla showroom – very cool. Saturday we adventured up to San Francisco where we did a tour of the Bay that went out around Alcatraz and underneath the Golden Gate bridge, then we drove across the bridge to get some pictures from the other side. We drove down Lombard street (If you’ve never heard of it, check this out). Sunday we went out to Big Basin Redwood State park for some hiking and got to see some gorgeous redwood trees! I’ll be adding more pictures on Facebook in the next few days, so be sure to check those out.
